The first thing you will need to do if you want to allocate overlays to an advertiser is to tell ADNOS who that advertiser is. This is performed through the advertiserCreate function. A very simple function which takes just one parameter, the name you would like to call this advertiser by. ADNOS will create the advertiser and return an ID. From now on, if you want ADNOS to deal specifically with this advertiser just provide this ID when making API calls.
We want to be able to identify all calls generated from a particular website. We will create an advertiser for this website and pass the advertiser ID in all overlay requests made from that site. Phone calls made through these overlays will then be flagged in the stats website and in API calls as being generated by this site. We call the advertiseCreate function with a name that identifies the website to us.
