6.1 Call statistics

ADNOS call statistics are updated every minute, allowing you to see your call volume in near real time. The call statistics functions allow you to retrieve data about your calls either in raw or summarised format.

Note, call data are not added to the system until a call is finished, therefore statistics requests for very recent time periods may not be fully accurate.
