4.2 List advertisers

If you have a large number of advertisers it can become hard to keep track of them. You may need to check if a new advertiser has been added to the system, or perhaps when adding an advertiser the ID was not stored. The advertisersList function returns the name and ID of all advertisers you currently have on the system. The output can be filtered and paginated to make life easier if you have a large number of advertisers, or you can request the full list.
